Dr. Prisca Oluoch-Oriwo is a seasoned leadership and management professional with over 20 years of experience spanning academia, civil society, public service, commercial banking, and consulting. She currently serves as Director of Linkages, Partnerships & Collaborations at the Kenya School of Government, where she drives strategic engagement and capacity-building initiatives at national and regional levels.
An accomplished linguist fluent in English, French, Spanish, Dholuo, and Kiswahili, Dr. Oluoch-Oriwo is recognised for her creative and innovative approach to leadership development, ethics, and organisational transformation. Her expertise in human resource management, culture change, and ethical practice has enabled institutions such as General Motors East Africa, NIC Bank, Britam, and Strathmore University to adopt integrity-driven frameworks that enhance performance and reduce workplace risks.
As the pioneering manager of the Federation of Kenya Employers’ Female Future Program Kenya (a joint initiative with NHO Norway), she successfully trained over 150 women leaders placing more than 10% of participants on boards and advancing diversity in governance.
Dr. Oluoch-Oriwo’s sectoral interests cut across public service and the corporate sector, with specialities in leadership development, ethics and integrity, experiential learning, gender audit, productivity measurement, and performance management.
