CyberWeek Africa 2026 is Africa’s premier global event on Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence, returning bigger and bolder this year at the Kenya School of Government (KSG), Lower Kabete Campus, Nairobi. Over the past two years, CyberWeek has grown into one of the continent’s most internationally recognised platforms, attracting over 2,000 delegates from more than 90 countries.
Bringing together cybersecurity experts, AI innovators, industry leaders, startups, investors, academics, diplomats, and government agencies, CyberWeek Africa is where Africa’s digital future is shaped — driving innovation, collaboration, and responsible technological growth across the continent.
Dr. Josephine Mwanzia is the Senior Director, Academic Affairs and senior faculty member at the Kenya School of Government.
Dr. Mwanzia has previously served in various capacities in the Public Sector including being the positions of Senior Assistant Director responsible for social infrastructure development in the then Ministry of Nairobi Metropolitan, Assistant Director in Human Resource Development in the Ministry of State for Public Service (now Ministry of Public Service, Gender and Affirmative Action) and Senior Education Officer, in the Ministry of Education.
At the Kenya School of Government she is responsible for coordination of program development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, learning and review. She is also the custodian of quality assurance for learning and development programs that take the form of training, research, policy advisory, technical support or consultancy and community outreach. Josephine indeed spearheaded the development and implementation of an innovative curriculum on Social Protection and is a qualified trainer of trainers in this field.
The Kenya School of Government team has been instrumental in organizing the Cyberweek Africa conference. They can streamline their regulatory compliance, policy formation and stakeholder engagement with high qualified professionals. His strategic insights and deep, direct engagement with governance frameworks are providing the institution an assurance of best in class execution entwined with national outcomes for this conference.
